Prices

The inspection fee is determined by several factors (prices may change without notice - please email or call for a quote)  Factors include but are not limited to for the Calgary area:

$550.00 plus GST 2000 sq feet or less of total developed space including the basement
$10.00 for each additional 100 sq ft
$1.00 per year for homes 50 - 74 yrs old
$2.00 per year for homes 75 - 100 yrs

$500.00 plus GST Condo over 1000” (Townhouse style)
$475.00 plus GST Condo over 1000” (Apartment style) 
$475.00 plus GST Condo under 1000' (Townhouse style)
$450.00 plus GST Condo under 1000' (Apartment style)
$400.00 plus GST Condo under 700' (Apartment style)
